Tyler has spent the last 12 years in the Army where he spent most of his time as a Watercraft Operator in charge of 92m vessels and the safe passage of cargo between the Hawaiian Islands. He also spent a good part of his career working as an outboard motor maintainer for the Joint Task Force that operated throughout the Pacific. Unlike Paul, he grew up in a very dry area of Tennessee, but as soon as his Army career began, he fell in love with the water and knew this was his passion.

Business comes natural to Paul just like boating for a reason. He was born into a commercial fishing family in Virginia and spent most of his younger days learning the ins and outs of boating and the proper ways to maintain a vessel, no matter the platform. From family fishing vessels to pleasure sailers on the Chesapeake Bay, Paul understands what it takes to make sure every moment onboard is one to remember.

Ashley has an impressive track record in the marine industry, having spent three years at West Marine Pro department where she consistently achieved top sales marks for her region. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the boat business make her a valuable asset to any team. Recently, Ashley joined the K&C Marine team as Director of Operations, bringing with her a wealth of skills and expertise to help the company grow and succeed in the future. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for the industry are sure to make a significant impact on the team and the business.
